Mind, Body and Soul exercises as advised by Alesha Pryce
Chants and meditation- deep meditations, to put your mind and soul at rest. Close you eyes and listen to your breath, breathe in and then breathe out slowly, create a place in your mind where you feel comfortable and relaxed.
If you are feeling low, repeat simple phrases (mantras) such as ‘I will be Happy’, focus your energy on something positive. Breathe out the stresses in life as you exhale- mediate as often as you feel down.
Do these exercises three times, at least every other day, and you’ll soon start to see the results!
