Twin motorcycle bomb attack in Pakistan

Earlier this month Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden was killed by a raid by US commandos in the northern town of Abbottabad, Pakistan.

On Friday twin bombs detonated by motorcycle-mounted suicide bombers injured over 120, and killed 80 in a Taliban attack on the Frontier Constabulary (FC) military training base in north-west Pakistan.

The first bomber, thought to be in his teens or early 20s, drove into the gates of the academy, as cadets were piling into vehicles, leaving the compound after finishing their training, the second bomber drove into the resulting aftermath, as the FC were attending to the wounded and clearing the dead.
