Wretch 32 scoops up his first BET award!

The Brits just learnt Wretch 32 has received the best international award. Since, Tinie Tempah flown into the chats with ‘Pass Out’ Wretch followed the same route releasing spectacular hits, such as ‘Don’t Go’ and ‘Traktor’. Last year he aimed to score a number hit alongside producing a smashing album titled ‘Black & White’.

The rapper was in a tough stiff competition last night. He went against the almighty R&B singer Emeli Sande who dominates the Uk charts, with her lyrics and powerful vocals. Sande won a critics choice award at the Brits few months back.

Hackney born producer Labrinth was also a nominee who thinks outside the box, so far he managed to make a name for himself in America.

Sway and Estelle were the other nominees in the category. Sway teamed up with Kano and Lupe Frisco to produce ‘Still Speeding’. ‘Still Speeding’ picked up a huge amount of views on youtube when the rapper released remixes of the track. He also released ‘Level Up’ featuring Kelsey.

Estelle produced a soulful comeback track earlier in the year which was enough for her to be nominated as a international artist.
